Frequently Asked Questions

When dealing with wigs, how you treat and take care of your unit will determine this. See our top hair care tips here.

Our machine made units are built to last, as long as they are taken care of with only the lace that may need to be replaced. How often depends on how often the wigs are worn, the types of styles it is worn in, etc.

For anyone who is new to wigs we recommend 4x4 or 5x5 closure wigs.

Our rule of thumb is the less lace - the better for beginners.

A frontal has lace that stretches across from ear to ear, covering your entire hairline.

A closure, which we offer in a 4x4 and 5x5 sizes, stretches across 4 inches and back 4 inches for a 4x4 or 5 inches for a 5x5. The lace will offer enough space for a part and slight baby hairs. Closures are ideal for beginners.

At the moment we only offer closure wig constructions, pre-ordered closure wigs, and closure ready to ship wigs.

Frontal wigs may be provided by you for the Supply Your Own Wig services

Any wigs that are ready to be shipped will be here

For ready to ship wigs, we have attached a wig chart where you can match your measurements as close as possible to the chart.

Please measure your head 2-3 times . It is crucial to do this 2-3 times to ensure no errors were made as Premier Hair Life is not responsible for poor fitting wigs due to improper measurements.

If your measurements are not close to the chart (i.e. your circumference is a 21 while your front to nape is a 15) consider doing these 2 things:

- Ensure you have measured correctly and thoroughly and re-measure 2-3 times in total to see if an error was made

- If no error was made, consider a custom made unit where we will be able to create a unit with your specific measurements.

Unfortunately, all sales are final. If there is an issue with the fit of your wig, a reconstruction or re-sizing can be discussed, for a fee, by emailing info@premierhairlife.com.
