Returns and Refunds

All sales are final

Due to the nature of the items, we have a no return policy, which means after receiving your item, you may not to request a refund on items.  All items are final sale.

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. 

You can always contact us for any questions before or after ordering at info@premierhairlife.com.

Order issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving your order and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon receipt of all information regarding your product, Premier Hair Life holds the right to determine the proper way to rectify the situation. 

Please note: Units with custom color may be close to the inspiration however we cannot guarantee exact replications due to varying hair qualities. All hair does not lift to same or accept color the same.

We, Premier Hair Life, are not responsible for improperly fitting wigs due to the client's selection of the wrong wig size. Please always refer to sizing charts before placing any order.
